finca49 gastro holidays andalucia

what does a finca 49 gastro-holiday look like?

A Finca 49 gastro-holiday is an opportunity to unwind and spend time with friends and loved ones whilst taking a journey of discovery through the making and then eating of some of the classic dishes of Spanish cuisine.

You will learn from Steve in a fun, friendly & relaxed atmosphere and be be introduced to local delicacies, markets and producers. “We might make fresh cheese or pickle some sardines, it depends what looks good at the market!)

Also included is a cocktail making class, a vineyard visit, spectacular scenery, lunches and dinners, plus wine, beers & soft drinks.

Alternatively you might choose a guided trip to Granadas’ market & spice traders, along with a tapas trail through the back streets.

This is not a “course”, it is a holiday with added experiences, plenty of good food and wine, and of course some free time for exploring & discovering the enchanting, intoxicating & beguiling side of the real Spain.

In addition to the 4 day / 3 night holidays, we also offer single day experiences and bespoke courses (please enquire here)
